JCB LiveLink Now Standard on Mini Excavators and Site Dumpers
At TC Harrison JCB, we’re always looking for ways to help our customers get more from their machines. That’s why we’re pleased to share that JCB has made its award-winning LiveLink telematics system standard on all new mini excavators* and site dumpers.
This latest development means customers can access valuable machine data from the moment their equipment is delivered, with no additional setup costs and a five-year subscription included as standard.
What Is JCB LiveLink?
JCB LiveLink is an advanced telematics system that allows owners and fleet managers to monitor their machines remotely through a web browser or mobile app.
Already connecting more than 580,000 machines worldwide and supporting over 40,000 customers, LiveLink provides real-time information that helps businesses improve productivity, reduce downtime and make smarter operational decisions.
The system works across both JCB and mixed fleets, making it a powerful tool for businesses managing multiple machines and equipment brands.
What’s Changing?
Previously, LiveLink was available as an optional extra on JCB mini excavators and site dumpers, typically supplied with a three-year subscription.
Now, every new machine in these ranges will be supplied with:
• JCB LiveLink fitted as standard
• A five-year subscription included
• Immediate access to connected machine data from delivery
This means customers can start benefiting from telematics technology without any additional investment.
The Benefits for You
Know Where Your Machines Are
Whether you’re managing a single machine or a large fleet across multiple sites, LiveLink provides accurate location tracking, helping you keep tabs on your equipment at all times.
Reduce Downtime
LiveLink helps identify maintenance requirements before they become costly issues. By staying ahead of servicing schedules, businesses can minimise unexpected breakdowns and maximise machine availability.
Improve Fuel Efficiency
Monitoring fuel consumption allows operators and fleet managers to identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve efficiency, helping to control operating costs.
Enhance Security
With machine tracking and monitoring features built in, LiveLink provides additional peace of mind and can help protect valuable assets against theft and unauthorised use.
Make Better Business Decisions
Access to utilisation data gives customers a clearer understanding of how their machines are being used. This information can support decisions around fleet sizing, machine allocation and future equipment investment.
Supporting JCB’s Vision for Connected Equipment
The move forms part of JCB Aftersales’ ongoing commitment to achieving 100% connectivity across its machine range.
With LiveLink now available as standard on mini excavators and site dumpers, customers can benefit from connected technology across JCB’s entire construction and agricultural equipment portfolio.
As construction and plant operations continue to embrace digital technologies, access to accurate machine data is becoming increasingly important for improving efficiency, reducing costs and maximising return on investment.
