As we are an OEM Franchised Dealership, we are also in the best position to have access to the latest information from the manufacturer. 12 month warranty on any fitted parts
We want to ensure that our customers have peace of mind when dealing with TC Harrison JCB, that’s why we offer a 12-month warranty on all of our genuine JCB fitted parts to maintain our high level of customer satisfaction.
The warranty covers any defects for up to 12 months from the date of installation. If a customer experiences an issue with a fitted part during this time, they can contact TC Harrison JCB to arrange for the part to be inspected and replaced if necessary.
Free machine health check with every visit
Our trusted TC Harrison JCB engineers will happily give your machine a free visual health check with every visit. This gives the opportunity for spot issues before they may become a serious issue for the machine. This saves time and expense for our customers.
The free visual health check can be performed whenever you visit for a service, or when one of our service engineers visits you on-site.
