We are currently recruiting for the following position:

Machine health check and service bookings co-ordinator at our Chapeltown (Sheffield) Depot

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of plant machinery, be able to identify parts using parts catalogues and a good understanding of repair times to produce quotes based on engineer’s machine health checks completed on site.

Main Purpose of Job

• Quoting customers for machine health check repairs and preventative maintenance identifiedby the engineer.
• Upselling with constant communication with customers.
• Prepare clear, accurate and competitive quotations using internal systems
• Following up on outstanding quotes to maximise conversion rates.
• Quoting and booking in routine maintenance servicing.

Individual Key Objectives

• Ensure that all quotes are completed and sent to the customer within specified time frames
• Maintain acceptable levels of quality
• Maintain high levels of communication and organisation
