Role Overview:

As a PDI Engineer at TC Harrison JCB, you will be responsible for performing thorough pre-delivery inspections on JCB machinery. Your primary task will be to ensure that each machine is in perfect working condition, meeting both company and manufacturer standards before delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

– Conduct comprehensive Pre-Delivery Inspections on new and used JCB machinery.

– Identify and rectify any mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, or cosmetic issues.

– Ensure all machinery meets company and manufacturer standards.

– Complete all necessary documentation and inspection reports.

– Collaborate with the service and sales teams to ensure timely machinery deliveries.

– Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

– Stay updated with the latest JCB technologies and inspection techniques.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience as a PDI Engineer or in a similar role within the heavy machinery or automotive industry.

– Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical diagnostic skills.

– Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

– Excellent problem-solving skills.

– Strong communication skills.

– Valid driver’s license.
