MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To support the Accountant in the Financial Control of the Dealership
INDIVIDUAL KEY OBJECTIVES
Ensure all given tasks are carried out accurately and efficiently
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in monthly management accounts preparation
Reconcile and clear Nominal Ledger accounts as instructed
Manage Contracts module and reconcile periodically to ensure procedures are being followed
Input and code cash book payments/receipts
Support any data entry into the computer system
Assist in the preparation of year end accounts
Maintain company petty cash records
Prepare Bank reconciliation
Be aware of company policies relating to Health and Safety
Complete weekly submission to manufacturer for machine sales (7 day Report)
Complete analysis as required
Complete monthly JCB Sales Reconciliation to Purchase ledger and follow up on outstanding items
Allocate weekly support received from the manufacturer and issue lists of outstanding support and chase sales management/manufacturer for outstanding items
Prepare and update machine debt list
Prepare Aftermarket daily figures
Control hire fleet – invoicing, on and off hires, asset register
Assist with Purchase Ledger as required
