Based at our Sedgefield Depot – Our most northern site, TC Harrison JCB Sedgefield can easily cater for all your parts, service and sales requirements within the North-East. Situated near Newcastle, and with excellent access from the A1 (jcn 60).

We are currently looking for somebody to join us as a Parts Advisor/ Sales and Delivery Van Driver. In this hybrid role, you will work alongside our parts team based at our Sedgefield Depot to advise customers on the best products to keep their machines running smoothly. However, the position also offers the autonomy of a field-based sales and delivery position.

Main aspects of the role:

Parts Advisor: You’ll be a product expert, providing technical advice and recommending the right parts to customers in person and over the phone.

Sales and Delivery Van Driver: Get behind the wheel and deliver parts directly to customer sites. You’ll also have the opportunity to upsell parts and solutions at the point of delivery.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday mornings (1 in 3).

The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years of experience within a parts environment, ideally with plant industry or motor trade background.

Good customer service, sales, computer skills and a Full Clean Driving Licence are essential.

Whilst the above is desirable, a candidate with a suitable attitude and the desire to perform as part of a professional team will be considered as would a candidate who displays a flexible approach to your work with a willingness to learn all aspects of the Parts Dept.
