New regulations coming into effect in 2025 require all site dumpers exceeding 4.5 tonnes unladen weight to be equipped with a Level 2 FOPS & ROPS (fall on protection structure, roll over protection system) cab. The legislation mandates factory-installed cabs that meet ROPS and FOPS ISO 3471 & 3449 standards.
